Overseas Education Counselor & Student Relationship Manager in Bengaluru (Job Vacancy)

Key Responsibilities · Responsible for guiding the student on study options available for overseas universities as per their profile. · Counsel the students in the University & Course shortlisting · Responsible for a prompt reply to students queries · Create sales pipeline & convert leads to meet and exceed targets · Assisting the students with the admission procedure for universities abroad · Being well informed and updated about the admission process and entrance examinations of overseas universities. · Follow up with students for pending documents and payments. · Complete daily conversations goal through outbound calls on allocated leads · Manage end to end process from University / Course shortlisting to documentation to application submission to final admission · Admission Consulting to enroll them in the relevant coaching/preparation programs · Ensure process compliance and timely reporting. · Ensure post-sales servicing as per the set standards · Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation in all spheres of activities. · Handle escalations and ensure client satisfaction in issue resolution.

Required Candidate profile The desired candidate should be flexible and excel in a fast-paced environment with leadership skills to coordinate a highly efficient team and prospective students for study abroad! 1. Graduation required [Any stream]. 2. Experience in student counseling for studies abroad will be an asset 3. Fluency in English is must. 4. International study /travel experience will be an advantage

Work Timings: - 6 days working week including weekend – 10 AM to 6PM - 1 weekday off
