Profle - Business Relationship Manager - Oversease Education

Location - Chennai, Mangalore,Pune
• The crucial role of the BRM for overseas education is to educate students about our education abroad studies and generate interest.
• He/She has to assist in planning campaigns, driving admissions, deliver seminars and take new initiatives and get MoU signed up for new business.
• The candidate must possess counselling skills and should resonate well to the student life.
• He/she will be responsible to build relationships with colleges and set up international cells in each and every collaborated institution.
• Owns an end-to-end admission process and works towards achieving the set target. Counsel students and coordinate for higher studies abroad (60% counselling to be initiated by BDM & 40% support from counsellor)
• Identifying the application process for interested students.
• Understands the process of picking up the right set of students who meet all eligibility criteria before sharing details with the application department/team.
• Conduct seminars and have the urge to drive, connecting with the students immediately after the seminars.
• Following up with new enquiries and student applications.
• Follow-up through tele calling with the student, solving the student queries and handling the registrations. He /She should maintain continuous rapport with the students until the visa.
• Daily update on the CRM for all the work done. Timely follow-ups with the leads and ensure lead conversion. Make sure application deadlines are followed and proper coordination is followed to ensure a smooth application process.
• Aggressively work towards fulfilling the leads to conversion target and maintain the lead funnel for the upcoming intakes
• Maintaining the data of all registered students and their Visa status etc. Provide daily, weekly and monthly call and target vs achievement report to the team head.
• Cross functional coordination with internal team members like counsellors/tele callers on a regular basis.
• Flexible to travel within and out of the city for conducting workshops, seminars and counsel students at the college/university campus, attend events.
