Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver engaging and interactive lessons in Accountancy to students in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and participation.
• Assess and evaluate students' progress through regular tests, assignments, and examinations.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and parents on their academic performance and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement effective teaching strategies and techniques to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of students' attendance, grades, and academic progress.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the curriculum, ensuring alignment with CBSE guidelines.

• Stay updated with the latest developments in Accountancy education and incorporate innovative teaching methods.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Accountancy or a related field along with B Ed. qualifications.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching Accountancy to grades 11 and 12 in a CBSE school.
• Freshers with a good command over the subject would be eligible.
• Excellent knowledge of the CBSE curriculum and assessment methods.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
