Job Description

• Must have B.Ed qualification
• Teach Chemistry to students of CBSE School.
• Develop lesson plans and modify accordingly throughout the year.
• Instruct through lectures, discussions, and demonstrations.
• Use computers, audiovisual aids, and other equipment and materials to supplement presentations.
• Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students' varying needs and interests.
• Observe and evaluate students' performance, behavior, social development, and physical health.
• Maintain accurate and complete student records as required by laws, district policies, and administrative regulations.
• Participate in faculty and professional meetings, educational conferences, and teacher training workshops.
• Establish and enforce rules for behavior and procedures for maintaining order among the students.
• Encourage and monitor the progress of individual students.
• Provide appropriate feedback on work.
• Maintain good communication with parents and other staff members.
• Perform certain pastoral duties, such as counseling students with academic problems, and provide student encouragement.
• Participate in extracurricular activities such as coaching, sponsoring clubs, and student organizations.
• Perform administrative duties such as assisting in school-wide committees and chaperoning field trips.
