PGT PHYSICAL EDUCATION TEACHER (Job Vacancy)

Teaching Physical Education in senior secondary classes as the per CBSE curriculum to carry out the professional duties of a teacher in accordance with school policies and as required by CBSE create a positive educational environment for learning involved in curriculum planning, instructions and assessment

Teacher Responsibilities

• Planning and preparing courses and lessons. Maintaining up-to-date subject knowledge related to CBSE preparation for Senior Secondary Classes
• Be proactively involved in teaching students.
• Motivating, facilitating, teaching, according to the pupil's educational needs.
• Plan, prepare and present lessons that cater to the needs of the whole ability range within their class. Preparing weekly assignments for each batch assigned to him/her.
• Timely correction and marking of assignment work carried out by the students in class and elsewhere.
• Assessing, recording and reporting on the development and progress of students.
• Communicating, consulting and providing feedback to the parents of students during PTM or as and when the requirement / need arises.
• Compose lesson plans in order to successfully incorporate the full duration of each lesson.
• Execute lessons efficiently using different styles of teaching depending on the content.
• Engage students to ensure a lively classroom atmosphere.
• Instruct students about the structure and content of the Physical Education.
• Assessing and recording childrens progress.
• Organizing and participating in extra-curricular activities.

Teacher Requirements

• M.P.Ed. (Master of Physical Education)
• Minimum of 3 to 4 years experience in a teaching role.
• Knowledge of various teaching methods
• A patient and resilient personality
• The ability to execute lessons with meaning, in a fun, and engaging manner.
