Job Description

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced PGT Science Teacher cum Vice Principal Teacher for our CBSE School. Both male & female candidates can apply. The ideal candidate should have excellent academic administration, education teaching training, group meetings, issue resolution, and class management skills. This is a Leadership Role to enable efficient curriculum exchange, academic planning, lesson planning, routine and examination preparation, supervise science practicals, conduct training of Teachers on NEP and NCF, inculcate discipline among students, groom personality development, coordinate parents-teachers association, and other responsibilities of a Vice Principal.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective academic strategies and initiatives.
  • Organize and coordinate extracurricular activities.
  • Develop and implement curriculum and teaching standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to teachers and students.
  • Organize and facilitate group meetings.
  • Resolve issues and conflicts promptly.
  • Manage and monitor student behavior in the classroom.
  • Provide guidance and support to teachers and students.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of school policies.
  • Ensure compliance with school regulations and standards.
  • Check records of student performance and progress.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to students.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of school policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Science (Phy/Chem/Maths/Bio) or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Vice Principal and PGT Science Teacher.
  • Excellent academic administration, academic development, extracurricular activities, curriculum development, education teaching training, group meetings, issue resolution, and class management skills.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
