Pre-primary Coordinator Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Coordinator to manage academic operations at a Pre-Primary grade level; in line with the vision and mission of the organization. Ensuring high levels of academic results, academic data management & parent satisfaction. The ideal candidate needs to be Academically strong with a flair for coordination and people management.
To be successful as a pre-primary coordinator, you should have the patience, compassion, and energy to successfully guide a class of young teachers, each of whom will have different needs, abilities, aptitudes, and emotions. The best candidate will also have excellent administrative and organizational skills
Teacher Responsibilities
- Receive planners and curriculum material and ensure the availability of the same with the teachers and students.
- Give feedback received from teachers related to materials/planners.
- Ensure implementation of curriculum.
- Draft Circulars and News of Pre- Primary Section.
- Monitor the activities related to Sports & Performing Arts.
- Organize events and induction programs for teachers.
- Class Observation and maintain the registers as prescribed.
- Having regular communication with parents regarding students performance.
- Maintain discipline and conduct regular assessments of students.
Requirements
- Degree in education, with a focus on early childhood development.
- Experience working with young children in a classroom setting.
- Ability to communicate with young teachers at their level.
- Patient, compassionate attitude, with a friendly, energetic disposition.
- Good mediation and nurturing abilities.
- Creative mindset with an ability to create memorable, out-of-the-box lessons.
- Passion for shaping and inspiring young minds.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to serve as a positive role model.
