Job Purpose

As a Product Manager, individual will analyse learning objectives and design sales solutions along with providing pre-sales support to the team. Develop and implement plans to close learning capability gaps that are in line with business requirements, as well as provide clarity and influence the school decision-makers on how our products meet their needs.

  • Make presentations to brief the teachers on the CUPA's products, as well as the approach and ideology used in developing the resources curriculum.
  • Design, implement, and facilitate training and workshops at schools for teachers
  • Stay updated and share market developments in the curriculum and pedagogy of competitors
  • Supervise relation-building with prospective clients and initiate proposals or new business
  • Intensively pitch and convert target customers for Digital Resources
  • Facilitate effective cross-functional interaction
  • Provide necessary feedback to the content development team
  • Ensure teacher support via, Teacher Manual and make optimal use of CL / CL Premium

Principal Accountabilities

  • Providing pre-sales support to the sales team
  • Providing after sales support by addressing the queries and handling objections of the end users
  • To support business, maintain a high yield per customer
  • Monitor series wise sales and provide justice to the product range by ensuring equal growth
  • Design strategies to ensure schools & students use our digital resources after free trials, and follow-up with content team with feedback
  • Conducting workshops on subject specific and generic topics
  • Maps potential schools, visits schools, and accompanies the sales team to open and close calls
  • Promoting higher business growth by building and maintaining strong executive relationships with clients, identifying market needs, and developing a PAN India business network with subject matter specialists
  • Should closely monitor competitor activities and educate team on core competencies and competitive advantages
  • Coordinate with the Marketing team to facilitate and deliver marketing activities in schools
  • Managing product launch events at key national conferences

Knowledge & Experience

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Education / digital education company/ sales, content or teaching
  • Strong knowledge about different subjects and ability to articulate things with ease
  • Having an academic background would be an added advantage
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with ability to influence others
  • Sound Understanding of technology related to online/digital teaching and learning
  • Should have sound knowledge of schools and markets related to the K12 business
  • Should be open to travel and must be a team player.
