PRT Mathematics Teacher for CBSE School (Job Vacancy)

Job Summary: 

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable PRT (Primary Teacher) Mathematics Teacher to join our prestigious CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) school in Udaipur, Rajasthan. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant teaching experience in mathematics at the primary level. The school offers accommodation facilities for its staff members. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of INR 25,000 - 30,000 per month.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and deliver engaging and comprehensive mathematics lessons to primary school students in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.
2. Create a supportive and interactive learning environment that promotes mathematical thinking, problem-solving, and critical reasoning skills.
3. Utilize a variety of instructional strategies, manipulatives, and technologies to enhance student engagement and understanding of mathematical concepts.
4. Assess student progress through regular evaluations, observations, and informal assessments, providing constructive feedback to support their growth.
5. Differentiate instruction to accommodate diverse learning needs and ensure all students can actively participate and succeed in mathematics.
6. Foster a solid foundation in mathematical skills, including numeracy, operations, measurement, geometry, and data analysis.
7. Develop students' mathematical reasoning and logical thinking through challenging and stimulating activities and problem-solving tasks.
8. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance, ensuring effective communication with students and parents/guardians.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a related field.
2. Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed.) or a teaching certification is preferred.
3. Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant teaching experience in mathematics at the primary level, preferably in a CBSE school.
4. Familiarity with the CBSE curriculum for mathematics at the primary level.
5. Strong knowledge of mathematical concepts, operations, and problem-solving strategies.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate young learners.
7. Familiarity with instructional technologies and their integration into teaching practices.
8. Strong organizational skills and the ability to assess and provide feedback on student progress effectively.
9. Collaborative mindset and the ability to work well with colleagues, parents/guardians, and young students.
10. Enthusiasm for promoting mathematical thinking and fostering a love for mathematics among primary school students.
