Operational excellence

  • Your team proactively conducts ‘overnight' (for EMEA clients) account checks and audits to ensure there are zero errors (overspends, etc.) and compiles optimisation recommendations ready for review at 9am GMT every morning
  • Establishes routines and ways of working which ensure our teams are close to the ‘real-time' performance of accounts and therefore able to deliver exceptional insight and performance

  • Ensuring your team is organised, have clear responsibilities and deliver high quality work to agreed deadlines
  • Ensuring 100% compliance of all Assembly Paid Search operational processes.

Client performance

  • Has a client-first view, ensuring your team act in the best interests of our clients and always show up positively.
