Conduct outreach to B2C clients, specifically students and parents of 10th STD SSC, to introduce our coaching institute and its offerings.
Set up and coordinate career counseling meetings with the head counselor for interested prospects.
Maintain a comprehensive database of potential clients, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Implement a systematic follow-up process to nurture leads and convert them into enrolments.
Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective clients across various marketing channels.
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand and effectively communicate key selling points and unique features of our coaching programs.
Regularly analyze and report on the effectiveness of outreach strategies and suggest improvements.
