Key Responsibilities: Goal Setting and Alignment: • Collaborate with teams to set clear, measurable goals aligned with the company's objectives. • Ensure that goals contribute to overall business success and are tailored to the specific needs and priorities of each department or team. Performance Evaluation and Feedback: • Conduct regular performance evaluations to assess employees' progress towards their goals. • Provide constructive feedback based on the Situation-Behavior-Impact (SBI) model to recognize strengths and address areas for improvement. • Integrate feedback into training and development initiatives. Coaching and Development: • Facilitate coaching sessions to support employees in their professional growth and skill development. • Identify training needs and recommend relevant learning programs to enhance employees' capabilities. • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the organization. • Develop, initiate, and maintain effective performance appraisal and performance management programs for workforce retention, promotion, and succession planning. Cross-Functional Collaboration and Change Management: • Work closely with various departments, including Sales, Pre-Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Product Development, Content Development, Curriculum development, HR, Finance, Design, and Data Analytics and more. • Collaborate with department heads, team leaders, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of performance goals and strategies across the organization. • Identify and refine the performance philosophy of the company, monitoring and reviewing performance management implementation across business/function verticals. • Scan industry best practices, review applicability in the company's context, and recommend areas for process improvement. • Plan and drive implementation of initiatives to build managers' capability in performance management and continuous development of their teams. Data Analysis and Insights: • Analyze performance data and metrics to gain insights into trends, patterns, and areas of improvement. • Use data-driven approaches to optimize performance management strategies and enhance overall organizational effectiveness. • Drive change towards data-led performance management and design and execute a real-time KPI monitoring framework, incorporating causality and nudge theory.

Qualifications and Experience: • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in performance management, or related fields. • Strong understanding of performance management principles and methodologies. • Experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, preferably in the Ed-Tech or tech industry. • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills. • High level of integrity, emotional intelligence, and ability to work with diverse teams. • Growth mindset, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) environment. • Intermediate to advanced level skills in working with Spreadsheets and Microsoft Excel
