Position Overview:

As a Performance Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for executing digital marketing campaigns, optimizing performance, and driving measurable results across various channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record of managing successful campaigns. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies that maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels such as paid search, display advertising, social media, email, and affiliate marketing.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
• Conduct A/B testing and experiments to optimize ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages for maximum conversion rates.
• Manage budgets, bids, and pacing to achieve target KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates.
• Utilize data analysis tools and platforms to generate insights, develop actionable recommendations, and drive decision-making.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and performance advertising.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and analytics to align strategies and drive integrated campaigns.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or performance advertising, preferably in a fast-paced agency or e-commerce environment.
• Proven track record of managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience using digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
• Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
• Creative problem-solver with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving business growth.
