TETR (Tetr College of Business) is an upcoming-new-age B-School initiative under the already successful and known Masters Union to build global leaders out of an Undergraduate programme called Bachelors in Management & Technology that aims at creating global leaders by fostering experiential learning across 8 different countries (a new country in every semester) attending classes at globally recognized institutions such as Columbia University, INSEAD, National University of Singapore (NUS), and SDA Bocconi School of Management, active participation, and a growth mindset, valuing feedback over punitive grading and celebrating the role of failure in the learning journey.

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance-based digital marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies across multiple channels across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Affiliates and other paid advertising channels to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and product teams, to develop and launch integrated marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value, to track campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in performance marketing to ensure the company remains at the forefront of digital marketing innovation.
  • Manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to optimize performance marketing campaigns and ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Develop and manage performance marketing budgets, forecasts, and financial models to allocate resources effectively and achieve desired results within budget constraints.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of managing and optimizing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Experience of working in Global markets like LATAM, South East Asia and MENA is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and translate insights into actionable strategies and tactics.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other performance marketing tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
  • Passion for digital marketing and eagerness to stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the industry.
