About Leapup Edutech Leap Up provides skill based learning solutions aimed at bridging the gap between academics and industry. We help students be better equipped for the jobs they actually desire. We conduct these courses online and cater to mass audiences via webinars and college tie-ups. We even tutor for professional finance courses like CFA, FRM etc. We are currently associated with leading colleges such as Jaihind College (Mumbai), HL College (Ahmedabad), HR College (Mumbai), SS Dempo College (Goa), Xaviers College (Ahmedabad), NL College (Mumbai) etc. We currently are based out of Mumbai and have a young and motivated team which acts as the engine to drive our fast growth. Responsibilities • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, traffic and conversions. • Build and manage paid advertising campaigns across various platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram etc. • Analyze and optimize campaign performance based on data-driven insights and strategy using quantitative analysis. • Conduct continuous market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth. • Setting up the Meta Pixel and Google Tag Manager and use its data for continuous ads improvement. • Identify marketing performance issues and pinpoint the root cause analysis with the help of analytics tools such as Google Analytics. • Set up API's for automations. • Monitor website analytics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns. • Effectively communicate complicated analyses by developing easy-to-use reporting or visualization dashboards (demand funnel, marketing planning and budgeting, marketing ROI, operational efficiency, campaign impact, awareness, events, and strategic KPIs). • Work with creative teams to test strategies and innovation and get the content created. • Deliver quantifiable improvements in ROI and cost per conversion (CPA) across all channels. Skills & Knowledge Expected • At-least 2 years of In-platform execution experience of setting up campaigns in Facebook ads manager, Google Ads, and Google AdWords. • Experience of scaling conversion ads to a budget in north of Rs. 50 Lakhs/Month with controlled CPA's • Proven track record of building and scaling acquisition campaigns with a strong focus on ROI. • Working knowledge of PowerBI/Tableau for efficient data analysis and reporting. • Technical knowledge of Meta and Google Backend services. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English). • Strong project management skills. • Critical thinker and creative. • Past experience of digital marketing in the education sector will be an added benefit.
