About The Role

Performance and Improvement Leaders play a key role in the implementation of the mission of Catholic Education by leading a network/cluster of schools to build and enhance their capacity to deliver educational outcomes.

Performance and Improvement Leaders also actively support principals in leading teaching and learning in their schools, addressing barriers to school improvement, and fostering the development of a student-centred, cohesive teaching and learning culture.

About You

The successful applicant will actively support Principals by brokering high-quality advice on curriculum, pedagogy and leadership development. They will work collaboratively with Service Areas with the Catholic Education Office to facilitate effective and equitable access to Catholic Education Office services and resources.

Essential Criteria

  • A commitment to the vision and mission of Catholic Education.
  • Proven experience working in a senior leadership role in education.
  • Ability to drive improvement and innovation in schools in line with contemporary research.
  • Experience leading strategic initiatives in teaching and learning (K-12) to enhance student experience and learning outcomes.
