Placement Coordinator (Job Vacancy)

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Find Out the best suitable job to our students' requirements.
• Relationship-building with the company (MNC & Local).
• Assisting In placement activity like job fair, campus interview etc.
• Follow up for the interview liaising process to company and students and maintain all documentation records.
• Maintain and submit all the activity reports daily, weekly, and monthly to Area Academic Head
• Liaising with Department-Branch Head, Faculty Head and Students and company to gather data and fulfill the requirement.
• Follow SOP and guidelines of the Academic department.
• Travel as per requirement.
• Maintain software of the Academic department and update it.
• Accomplishes additional task / activity / project given by management in turnaround time. (Set Goal, Track Goal and as per system and process).

Education And Work Experience Requirements

• Any Graduate or postgraduate in business management/HR (BBA/MBA)
• candidate must have 1 years experience
• Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint,
• Must have proven experience as a target achieved.
