Placement Executive in Ahmedabad (Job Vacancy)

Position: Placement Executive

Job Location: Shilaj, Ahmedabad

Salary: 15 K - 20 K p.m.

Job Description:-

• Identifying new companies, calling them and managing new tie-ups.
• Connecting with corporates & inviting various organizations for Placement & Internship.
• Conduct market research based on student specializations.
• Mapping student profiles with the right industries for internships and placements.
• Take initiative to develop contacts with HR Heads and top corporate
• Networking and establishing contacts with business and industry across India.
• Designing various innovative operating procedures, formats, templates, dashboards, etc. for better implementation of the planned programs.
• Taking charge of maintaining & verifying employer database(s), student data and generating relevant reports as needed (Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly).

Desired Candidate Profile:-

• Demonstrated work experience 1 year+ preferably in the HR, ManPower Hiring Company or Education Industry.
• Excellent communication and networking skills with Corporates.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Should be fluent in Excel, PPT, and MS Office.
• Should be good at Data Crunching from various platforms and portals such as LinkedIn, Google and Company Websites etc.
• Graduates / Post-Graduation from a certified institute/ university.
