Role And Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Placement Head to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving tie-ups with top companies for manpower requirement, training, research, and consulting needs. They will coordinate and manage placement activities, arrange campus placements, and provide support for public relations, soft skills training, and more. Additionally, the Placement Head will develop a Placement Preparation Module, maintain interaction with industry managers, and organize national level symposiums and conferences.

Candidate Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates should have a postgraduate qualification, preferably in Management, from a reputable institution. A minimum of 5-8 years of work experience is required, along with a strong existing network of senior HR and marketing professionals in the industry. The ideal candidate should possess excellent networking, marketing, communication, and PR skills. They should have the ability to independently organize and manage events and placement activities, as well as demonstrate excellent written and spoken communication skills and strong interpersonal skills. Leadership skills, tech-savviness, high integrity, and willingness to travel are also necessary for this position.
