Responsibilities: -
· Candidate must have hands-on experience for placements
· Experience in lateral placement will be added advantage
· Monthly plan of visits to companies
· Monitor resumes of all students
· Candidate must be able to promote executive education, consultancies, and training
· Manage database of different companies, names of the concerned people, their contact details, etc.
· Candidate shall organize HR meets, and events to promote corporate networking
· Candidates shall be responsible for academic collaborations
· Networking and maintaining healthy relationships with the Alumni
· Maintain progress reports and healthy relationships with employers
· To develop Management Information System (MIS) for the placement of passed-out students and to create a database of recruiting industries and organizations.
· To collect feedback from industries coming for placement
· Maintain the required documentation.
· Any other duties assigned by the center in charge relevant to the student.
Experience required: - Must have 3+ years’ experience in training and placement
Skills required: -
· Excellent communication skills (oral & written) and Interpersonal skills.
· Ability to create and build reciprocal relations with industries.
· Ability to work and keep calm under pressure.
· Ability to facilitate Industry / Institute Interaction
· Positive attitude, proactive and optimistic nature.
