Placement Manager (People with Placement/ University experience only shall apply) in Noida (Job Vacancy)

We are looking for Placement Manager with relevant work experiences in the best engineering colleges or equivalent. The role of a Placement Manager where the person will be responsible for handling a team of Outsourcing Managers, involves a variety of important responsibilities to ensure successful placement of students in corporate and company positions.

Roles & Responsibilities

• To organize work placements and support students in the work placement process.
• To organize and attend placement visits to monitor the progress of students, and deal effectively with any issues/concerns that arise.
• To assist in the development and maintenance of a database of appropriate employer and commercial/industrial links.
• To assist with work placement correspondence and telephone enquiries internally and externally.
• Supervise and lead a team of Outsourcing Managers and support staff
• Develop and execute strategies to connect with corporates and companies through platforms like LinkedIn and other job portals.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with HR professionals and decision-makers in target companies.
• Facilitate the placement of students from the EdTech program into corporate positions by matching their skills and qualifications with job opportunities.
• Oversee operational tasks related to placements, including scheduling interviews, conducting pre-placement activities, and coordinating with the Outsourcing Managers to meet placement targets.
• Manage a team responsible for answering students' questions and concerns related to placements. This may include providing guidance on resume building, interview preparation, and other placement-related queries.
• Plan and execute pre-placement activities such as career fairs, workshops, and networking events to connect students with potential employers.
• Monitor and analyze placement data to track progress, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve the placement process.
• Gather feedback from students, faculty, and corporate partners to continually improve the placement process and services offered by the EdTech company.

Requirements

• 7+ years or more relevant experience in Education industry
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent project management skills
