Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Polity Faculty member to join our team of educators. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Indian polity, governance, and constitutional frameworks. They will be responsible for delivering high-quality lectures, conducting interactive sessions, and providing comprehensive guidance to our students to help them navigate the complexities of polity-related topics in the IAS examinations. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and deliver engaging lectures, workshops, and seminars on various aspects of Indian polity, including the Constitution, governance structures, and administrative frameworks. • Design and implement effective teaching methodologies to cater to the diverse learning needs of students and ensure maximum comprehension and retention of concepts. • Create relevant course materials, including study guides, handouts, and practice exercises, to supplement classroom instruction and facilitate self-study. • Provide personalized guidance and mentorship to students, including academic counseling, exam preparation strategies, and feedback on performance. • Stay updated with the latest developments in Indian polity, legal jurisprudence, and current affairs to incorporate relevant information into course content and discussions. • Collaborate with other faculty members to develop integrated curriculum plans and interdisciplinary teaching approaches to enhance students' overall learning experience. • Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and training sessions to continuously improve teaching techniques, curriculum design, and assessment methods. • Assist in the development and administration of mock tests, assessments, and evaluations to gauge students' progress and identify areas for improvement. Qualifications: • A Master's degree or higher in Political Science, Public Administration, Law, or a related field from a recognized institution. A Ph.D. is preferred. • NET (National Eligibility Test) Qualified. • Minimum of 5 years of experience at a UPSC and BPSC corporate academy, with a proven track record of successful coaching and mentoring of civil services aspirants. • Bilingual proficiency in English and Hindi, with the ability to effectively communicate and teach in both languages. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner and engage students in meaningful discussions. • Passion for teaching and mentorship, with a genuine interest in helping students achieve their academic and career goals in the field of public service. • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team, with a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. • Proficiency in using technology and digital tools for instructional purposes, including online learning platforms, multimedia resources, and educational software.
