The Polytechnic Principal will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the polytechnic institute, including managing staff, curriculum development, student support, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The Polytechnic Principal will also play a key role in fostering a positive learning environment for students and building strong relationships with stakeholders.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and procedures in the education sector
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with students, faculty, and staff
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Master's degree in Education or a related field
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
