Portfolio Manager – Test Prep Growth (Job Vacancy)

As a Product Manager you will drive the growth of McGraw Hill India Test Prep business in the existing and new segments – books and digital content solutions. What is this role about? The incumbent will work effectively across the organisation as the customer expert and product owner, and partner successfully with others to accomplish goals. One is therefore active in the markets to learn market trends, customer and competitor insights that positively impact portfolio strategy and decisions, plus product conception and development. What you will be doing: • Build and execute on the identified growth segment’s product roadmap with solid content strategy, effective product lifecycle management and operational efficiency • Responsible for revenue and profitability planning and execution of the growth product portfolio and collaborate with sales and marketing to achieve goals • Identify, develop and present effective business cases to support product lines and versions, innovations or enhancements, and new products and services • Ensure timely publishing of products with strict adherence to our quality standards • Promote the growth portfolio to engage and support the go-to-market teams through product presentations, documentations, training and workshops • Work closely with marketing team to guide integrated marketing communications and campaigns that nurture leads and prospects for portfolio success We are looking for someone with: • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Product Manager for K-12 or Test Prep segment • Holding prior experience in building sustainable products with solid Product Management expertise • Expertise in data handling and analytics to enable data driven decision making • Ability to lead, influence, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders and across levels • Familiarity with market research, consumers behaviour, and marketing techniques • A bachelors degree with excellent communication & presentation skills Why work with us?
