Primary Job Responsibilities · Design and create visually engaging PowerPoint presentations aided with graphical ideation for faculty presentations, training materials etc. · Ensure all presentations are visually appealing and consistent with company branding and design standards. · Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed. Specific Knowledge & Skills • Combination of technical knowledge of PowerPoint and graphic design skills, including its various tools and features. • Adaptive eye for design and incorporation of multimedia elements into presentations, including videos, animations, and graphs. • Basic knowledge of layouts, typography, line composition, colour and other design fundamentals. • Offer creative ideas to enhance presentations and make complex information easy to understand. • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in presentation design and PowerPoint features. • Strong creative skills. • Proficient English & Hindi Language. • Functioning with minimal or no supervision • Working knowledge of MS Word, Adobe InDesign and Illustrator will be a plus. Major KRA (SMART) 1. Producing dynamic presentations as teaching aids for faculties, proposals by mainly using PowerPoint to drive the key messages. 2. Taking directions from written or spoken ideas or loose sketches and develop sophisticated, practical and polished designs or layouts. 3. Keen eye for laying out content to make the slide well balanced, easy to read and visually engaging. 4. Illustrating concepts by designing samples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval. 5. Creating visuals, charts and infographics that enhance the look and feel of the slides. 6. Having a good artistic eye and understanding of the graphic requirements of a project. 7. Ability to work successfully in a team-based environment or independently and exercise sound professional judgment. 8. Ability to handle a variety of tasks and projects simultaneously. 9. Commitment to responsiveness, high quality work and confidentiality along with utmost level of customer centric approach. 10. Creative, detail-oriented and able to exercise independent judgment regarding the task assigned. 11. Deadline driven approach, organized and understanding how people view and understand content. Qualification and Experience Minimum Qualification : Pursuing Graduation/ Graduate Minimum Experience 2-3 years of proven experience as a PowerPoint Specialist or Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing presentation design.
