Responsibilities: - Develop and implement lesson plans that fulfill the requirements of the CBSE curriculum for pre-primary students - Create a positive and nurturing learning environment where students can develop both academically and socially - Assess students' progress and provide feedback to parents on a regular basis - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational experience for students - Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current on best practices in early childhood education - Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment that is conducive to learning - Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about their child's progress and any concerns that may arise - Attend staff meetings and school events as required
Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field - CBSE teaching certification preferred - Proven experience working with pre-primary students - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to create engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans - Patience and a nurturing attitude towards young children - Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents - Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
