Pre-Primary Head Needed for CBSE School in Vaijapur, Maharashtra

  • Role of Pre-Primary Head:
  • Leadership: As the head of the pre-primary section, you will provide effective leadership and guidance to teachers, staff, and students.
  • Academic Oversight: You’ll oversee the academic programs, curriculum development, and teaching methodologies specific to pre-primary education.
  • Administrative Duties: Managing administrative tasks related to the pre-primary section, including admissions, attendance, and parent communication.
  • Compliance: Ensuring compliance with CBSE guidelines, policies, and regulations.
  • Student Welfare: Focusing on the well-being, safety, and holistic development of young learners.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with other school leaders, teachers, and parents.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background:
    • Minimum Qualifications: Follow the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) regulations for pre-primary teachers.
    • Recruitment Rules: Adhere to the recruitment rules set by the appropriate government where the school is located or the rules for Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan or Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti.
    • CBSE-Specific Subjects: If teaching CBSE-introduced subjects, refer to Appendix-VII for minimum qualifications.
  • Experience:
    • Prior experience in pre-primary education or early childhood development is highly desirable.
    • Leadership experience within an educational institution.
  • Skills and Attributes:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to create a positive and nurturing environment for young children.
    • Organizational skills for managing administrative tasks.
    • Familiarity with CBSE guidelines and policies.

Salary Range : 40k to 45k
