Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Pre-Primary Home Room Teacher for our IB School. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a safe and nurturing learning environment for our students. The Pre-Primary Home Room Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering lessons, assessing student progress, and providing feedback to parents and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a passion for teaching and learning.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all students
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to parents and other stakeholders
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and other stakeholders
- Maintain a safe and nurturing learning environment
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure the best learning outcomes for students
- Participate in professional development activities
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
- Minimum of two years of teaching experience in a Pre-Primary setting
- Knowledge of the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for teaching and learning
