Responsibilities: - Develop and implement lesson plans that fulfill the requirements of the school's curriculum program - Plan, organize, and implement a range of activities that are developmentally appropriate for young children - Create a nurturing and stimulating environment where children feel safe and supported - Monitor and assess student progress and provide feedback to parents - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of students' progress and development - Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers about their child's progress and any concerns - Attend staff meetings, professional development workshops, and other school events as required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field - NTT (Nursery Teacher Training) certification - Previous experience working with young children in a school setting - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents - Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education - Familiarity with CBSE curriculum guidelines and standards
