Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Pre Primary Teacher to join our team at Cunningham Road. As a Pre Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for nurturing and shaping young minds, providing them with a strong foundation for their educational journey. This is a full-time position with a Junior level requirement of 1 to 3 years of experience. The job is based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
  • Proven experience working with young children in a similar role
  • Sound knowledge of child development theories and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Patience, creativity, and adaptability
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
  • Familiarity with relevant educational technology and resources
  • Certification in First Aid and CPR (desirable)

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Create and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum for young children
  • Plan and conduct engaging and interactive lessons that promote learning and development
  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to thrive
  • Observe and assess the individual needs and progress of each child
  • Collaborate with parents and communicate regularly about children's progress
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and progress reports
  • Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines
  • Promote positive behavior and social skills in children
  • Establish and maintain effective communication and partnerships with colleagues
