Pre-Primary Teacher for CBSE Smart School (Job Vacancy)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pre-Primary Teacher to join our team at our Smart School. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching young children and possess the necessary skills to provide a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for students aged 3 to 6.

Responsibilities:

• Take care of pre-primary classes and ensure the well-being of students.
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that align with the CBSE curriculum.
• Develop academic plans and implement effective teaching strategies.
• Create and execute activities that promote the holistic development of students.
• Utilize the play way method to make learning fun and interactive.
• Have a sound knowledge of phonics and incorporate it into teaching practices.
• Handle Montessori materials and facilitate hands-on learning experiences.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with parents and colleagues to ensure a supportive learning environment.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and behavior.
• Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and educational trends.

Requirements:

• Prior teaching experience in a pre-primary or early childhood setting.
• Passion for working with young children and a genuine interest in their development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to create engaging lesson plans and deliver them effectively.
• Knowledge of the Pre School curriculum and its implementation.
• Ability to handle and manage a classroom of young children.
• Patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach towards students.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Valid certification or degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred).
