Preschool Counsellor and Teacher (Job Vacancy)

About Bachpan Preschool:

Bachpan Preschool is a new preschool opening its doors in Dhanori, Pune! We are looking for passionate and qualified counsellors and teachers to join our team and help us create a wonderful learning experience for our students.

Counsellor

Responsibilities:

• Observe, assess, and understand the developmental needs of each child.
• Design and implement individualized programs to support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Maintain clear communication with parents and teachers regarding children's progress.

Qualifications:

• NTT/PTT/ETT/MTT/Ecced or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience working with preschool children in a similar role.
• Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children.
• Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month (commensurate with experience)

Teacher

Responsibilities:

• Create and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the preschool curriculum.
• Provide a stimulating and nurturing learning environment for young children.
• Facilitate age-appropriate activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience teaching preschool children.
• Salary: ₹8,000 - ₹10,000 per month (commensurate with experience)
