Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Preschool Head at Meghe Group of Schools in Nagpur. The Preschool Head will be responsible for leading and managing the preschool program, overseeing curriculum development, teachers training. Qualifications • Experience in preschool education and administration • Knowledge of early childhood development principles • Excellent leadership and management skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to create and implement curriculum • Experience in staff supervision and training • Passion for working with young children • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field • Experience in a similar role is a plus
