Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Preschool Teacher at The Cerebral Academy in Bengaluru. As a Preschool Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and implementing engaging lessons and activities, developing curriculum, and ensuring the emotional, social, and cognitive development of young children. You will create a stimulating and nurturing learning environment for preschool-aged children, promoting their creativity and curiosity. This is an on-site role, located in Bengaluru, where you will have the opportunity to work directly with children and their parents.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in lesson planning and curriculum development
• Background in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with kindergarten or preschool-aged children
• Passion for fostering children's creativity and curiosity
• Patience and the ability to create a nurturing and inclusive environment
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of children
• Experience with educational technology and digital learning tools is a plus
