Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Preschool Teacher at Iris Early Years. The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, developing curriculum, implementing early childhood education strategies, fostering effective communication with students and parents, and creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in lesson planning and curriculum development
• Strong background in early childhood education
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience working with toddlers and kindergarten-aged children
• A passion for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment
• Patience and compassion in working with young children
• Knowledge of child development and learning theories
• Relevant certifications or degrees in Early Childhood Education
