Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum Planning and Implementation:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans based on a well-rounded curriculum.
• Create a stimulating and supportive learning environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and critical thinking.

Classroom Management:

• Maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Foster positive behavior through effective communication and positive reinforcement techniques.

Child Development:

• Observe and assess the developmental needs of each child, providing individualized support as needed.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure a holistic understanding of each child's progress.

Communication:

• Establish open and regular communication with parents, providing updates on children's activities, progress, and any concerns.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure cohesive teamwork and a positive working environment.

Health and Safety:

• Implement health and safety protocols to ensure the well-being of all children in the preschool.
• Conduct regular safety drills and maintain a clean and hygienic classroom environment.

Professional Development:

Qualifications:

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
