Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum Planning and Implementation:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans based on a well-rounded curriculum.
- Create a stimulating and supportive learning environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and critical thinking.
Classroom Management:
- Maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Foster positive behavior through effective communication and positive reinforcement techniques.
Child Development:
- Observe and assess the developmental needs of each child, providing individualized support as needed.
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure a holistic understanding of each child's progress.
Communication:

Health and Safety:
