Job Responsibilities:
• Conducting Online/offline sessions with children from Across the world
• Assessing children's behavioral data
• Planning Assessment/ reviewing assessments
• Working with parents/schools on a regular basis
• Developing new content/activities to inculcate emotional wellbeing & moral values
• Working with internal team and teachers to collect children's data and curating plan of action for any negative shift in children's behavior
• Presenting Company to National & International Schools
• Create Audio/Video Content Focused on Wellbeing & Issues they are facing.
Requirements:
• A master's degree in Psychology is required
• Must have experience in counseling and therapies
• Passionate and committed to the role, willing to create, train, and lead the team of fellow psychologists
• An empathetic and compassionate attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Have a visionary approach
