Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the school community, aligning with the mission and values of the institution.

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Education.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in educational leadership roles, preferably as a Principal or Assistant Principal.
- Proven track record of success in improving student achievement and fostering a positive school culture.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse team of educators and staff members.
