Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives aligned with the college/university's vision and goals.

Academic Leadership: Provide academic leadership by developing and maintaining high standards of teaching, curriculum development, and assessment within the department.

Faculty Management: Recruit, mentor, and evaluate faculty members, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and professional development.

Student Engagement: Promote student engagement, success, and retention through innovative teaching methodologies, academic support services, and extracurricular activities.
