Job Role And Responsibilities
- Mentor the new employees for 30 days basis the Academy curriculum and make them ready to hit the sales floor.
- Train & support the new hires on system navigation and platforms while they are in Academy training.
- Go on LIVE calls with clients, discuss the reports, and close sales for trainees while they undergo Academy training.
- Record & provide appropriate feedback to trainees & their managers.
- Maintain a record of attendance, behavior, and learning skills of trainees.
- Be up to date on product knowledge and best sales practices.
- Contribute towards preparing training content (if needed)
- Liaise with managers to determine training needs.
