Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Ensure achievement of target revenue and margins through all products of with enhanced enrolments and growing market share.
  • Has P&L responsibilities for defined product portfolio/segment and is required to make sales forecasts.
  • Analyze existing product and markets through market research & competitive intelligence by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non- customers
  • Responsible to take informed product and commercial decisions for an enhanced ability to compete, gain market share, grow revenue and profitability.
  • Manage agile product development process through product development team with timelines and roadmaps for new/dynamic market requirements. Work closely with the product specialists for need based product concepts and product mix.
  • Develop and implement a product positioning and company-wide go-ti-market plan, working with all concerned teams across regions for successful execution.
  • Drive and analyse potential partner relationships for the product and lead efforts to integrate. Where necessary.
  • Support marketing campaigns and oversee overall product communication, including the website, product emailers and sales tool kit to ensure correct positioning of the product is understood and achieved.
  • Collect analyze and respond to all product related feedback and reports & design roadmaps accordingly.
  • Planning new features and changes to product and demonstrate & get buy-in for new idea and features for internal stakeholders.
  • Provided product content (presentations, communication mailers- client facing, Quick reference cards) for Sales Support. Conduct qualitative & quantitative studies that identified price point of products based on specific product features and understanding of brand perception.
  • Conduct market research to understand value proposition and competitive differentiation to generate weighted, risk assessed requirements and specifications.
  • Provide ongoing competitive landscape analysis, product market share with strength, attractiveness, and compatibility analysis.
  • Establish and maintain partnership with external parties including the test makers like GMAC, College Board and ETS; Coordinate with the partners for various events and business propositions.
