Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role, located in Kochi, for a Product Manager/ Business Analyst - EdTech Product Management. The position entails working with cross-functional teams to plan, design, and implement technology-enabled products, solutions, and services in the education sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the product life cycle and delivering a high-quality user experience, leading market analysis, product strategy, road maps, and prioritization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management or business analysis, preferably in the EdTech domain
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• Solid experience developing technology-enabled products, solutions, and services
• Strong business acumen, with experience analyzing market trends, identifying target markets, and developing product strategies
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to approach challenges with a data-driven mindset
• Experience with Agile methodologies, product management tools, and product life cycle management
• Experience with data analytics, user research, and design thinking methodologies, with a focus on delivering a high-quality user experience
• A passion for education and a demonstrated commitment to improving access to quality education
