Job Description:

As the PM in the product team, you will be a key part of our team that will define and develop products and experiences for our schools. This is an incredible opportunity to devise and implement the product strategy for the fastest-growing education technology company and transforming education by integrating easy-to-use technology with a world-class curriculum for every student in India.

Responsibilities:

• Competitive Analysis and user understanding: Conduct market research, user interviews, data analysis and work with field and support teams to identify customer needs, pain points and preferences
• Product strategy and design: Based on the competitive analysis, product vision and user understanding, work on strategizing and designing the features that will solve the user's needs
• Roadmap execution: Develop product roadmap, user stories, prioritize features and work with the engineering team to get them developed
• Product launch / GTM: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, QA, design, and marketing to ensure successful product launches. Create product documentation and user guides to help customers better understand and utilize LEAD's products
• Iterate: Post the launch, collect information on how the product is performing in the market, and improve, if necessary

Requirements:

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Working knowledge of SQL and data analytics
• Understanding programming and logic
• Passion for data, technology and product development
