The role: We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to join our dynamic team. As we transition our English learning software for schools into a full SaaS offering, this position involves close collaboration with schools to understand and address their needs, collecting and analyzing feedback for product improvement. Acting as a liaison between schools and the development team, the role includes prioritizing features and managing the product roadmap. Responsibilities encompass providing training and support to school staff, addressing queries, and preparing usage reports. The role also involves market research to stay abreast of EdTech trends and inform strategic decisions. Overall, the focus is on enhancing product performance, aligning updates with client expectations, and contributing to the evolving landscape of educational technology. The candidate: An ideal candidate for this role has • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Technology, or related field. • Proven experience in product analysis, operations, or similar roles in EdTech or SaaS. • Strong understanding of SaaS products. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. • Proficient in data analysis and reporting. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment. • Exceptional customer interfacing skills and relationship management for a positive user experience.
