Job Role: Product Manager/Sr. Product Manager (Academics) The role of a Product Manager/ Senior Product Manager (Academics) would typically involve developing and managing educational products or services for UNIVO and Partner institutions. This role will be responsible for discovering and researching market opportunities and trends to develop new programs / enrich existing programs. Interworking with the Partnership/enterprise Team to develop custom curriculum proposals for prospective clients of UNIVO. Detailed Job Description: • Discover and research market opportunities, and programs, develop new courses to meet New Partners Requirements. • Designing curriculum structure, designing, faculty search, scheduling faculty shoot, Cost Analysis, and IRR of the program, creatives, and collateral inputs and suggestions, giving marketing ideas to the marketing team, and the sales team. • Building new courses/upgrading existing courses with price, markets, value- -proposition, and differentiators. • Develop and Review the Program architecture, structure, design, Guiding, leading, and performing strategic analysis for courses • Designs, plans, oversee the implementation of the program offerings, identifies potential educators, work closely with research educator experts, proposes session objectives, guidance over content delivery strategies • Interworking with Partnership/enterprise Team to develop custom curriculum proposals for IITs/IIMs Management/Tech programs. • Work with all stakeholders from Sales and Marketing to Content Development Team to ensure content creation/curation of bespoke programs. • Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps that align with the goals and objectives of the organization. • Work with stakeholders to prioritize product features and enhancements based on user feedback, market demands, and business objectives. • Monitor product performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics and make data-driven decisions for product improvement. Qualifications: • Master's degree in education/technology/management or related field. • Experience in working with IITs/IIMs in developing/managing new program/curriculum proposals for technology. 5-8 years of Experience with educational technology or e-learning platforms.
