Role and Responsibility • Induction: Conducting induction sessions to familiarize SAs with company policies, compliance, procedures, and products. • Training Delivery: Conducting engaging and informative training sessions (Mandatory 2 CRT/ VILT – for upcountry SA’s) for 100% sales advisor coverage every month, utilizing a variety of instructional techniques such as presentations, role-playing, and hands-on demonstrations (mandatory Live Product Demo during CRT/OJT) to ensure effective learning outcomes. • Performance Evaluation: Assessing the performance of SA’s through observation, monthly evaluation, and other evaluation methods to identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback. • OJT Planning: Collaborating with ZPTM’s to analyze and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity of Sales Advisors. • Product Knowledge Development: Continuously updating and enhancing Sales Advisor product knowledge through regular training sessions, product demonstrations, information sharing on new products, features, technologies, Finance scheme, consumer offers, incentive schemes, selling skills and communication skills. • Sales Coaching: Providing ongoing coaching and support to Sales Advisor to improve their sales skills, customer engagement techniques, and ability to meet sales targets. • Documentation and Reporting: Reporting to Zonal Product Training Managers, Branch Head and Maintaining accurate records of training activities, including attendance, performance evaluations, and training materials, and generating reports to track training effectiveness and identify trends or areas for improvement. • Continuous Improvement: Participating in regular meetings and workshops to review training programs, share best practices, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in training methodologies, content, and delivery techniques.
