Requirements What a "Professional Services Senior Manager" means to us Managing and coaching the implementation team; reviewing deliverables Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and complete requirements gathering, analysis, and project design. Scoping calls with customers for needs analysis and solution proposal Project management for timely delivery of technical projects Being the public face and collaborating with internal teams, including sales, product development, and support, to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes Maintaining and producing internal and customer-facing documentation Drive continuous improvement of our professional HugoHub offerings, including processes, methodologies, tools, and automation Providing training to internal team members What We Would Consider As Added Value Skills and capabilities we believe are highly relevant include: • Good knowledge of the fintech industry, including trends, regulations, and best practices • Experience working with global clients and understanding of international markets • Familiar with data management, including tracking employee data, generating reports • Understanding of technology and software development processes, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills • Ability to build relationships with & influence stakeholders. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Self-motivated with a proactive and can-do attitude • Excellent time management and prioritization skills Performance indicators to get you off to a great start A touchdown quick win (30 Days): • Define the scope and structure of the professional services team • Develop a plan for hiring and training team members • Identify essential tools and technologies needed for operations Found your feet (60 Days): • Hire and onboard initial team members • Implement standardized processes for service delivery • Build relationships with key stakeholders Well into your stride (90 Days): • Successfully deliver first professional services engagements • Evaluate and adjust processes for efficiency and quality • Develop a roadmap for future growth and expansion Benefits • Flexi-working • Options • Well-being package Hugo Values being Responsible, Open and Collaborative We are responsible to our clients, customers, community and team to help shape a more open, collaborative approach to money.
