Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and visionary leader to serve as the Dean of our Computer Science and Engineering Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing academic leadership, fostering research and innovation, and ensuring the overall growth and development of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide visionary leadership to the department, setting academic and research goals.
• Foster a culture of excellence and innovation among faculty and students.
• Develop and implement strategies for the department's growth and development.
• Collaborate with industry and research partners to enhance department programs.
• Support faculty in their research and academic endeavors.
• Ensure the department complies with accreditation standards and quality benchmarks.

Qualifications:

• A Ph.D. in Computer Science or a closely related field.
• M.Tech in Computer Science or Information Technology with a minimum of 55% marks will be mandatory.
• At least TEN Years of proven experience in academic leadership, ideally as a department head or dean.
• A strong record of research and publication in the field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to diversity and inclusion in academia.
