Job Description
Job duties:
PGPM Academic team is responsible for managing all administrative activities from onboarding of a new batch till the graduation.
This position is in the PGPM academic team, and requires high degree of coordination with faculty, academic staff and students. The incumbent needs to have strong interpersonal skills, and high degree of ownership for managing the academic activities.
Academics:
Co-ordination for academic sessions:
Coordination with Area/Department Chairs for finalization of faculty for various courses.
Coordination with faculty members/ Research Associates for course outlines/text books ordering, cases / articles and other study materials
Preparing schedule for classes in consultation with Core and External faculty members; Scheduling Group Works, in class quizzes, End Term Exams
Prepare monthly Session details report(managed through ERP system. Training will be given).
Co-ordination with other staff members for administration
Managing hospitality and Payment processing of External visiting faculty members
Handle Queries, clarifications and Counselling of Participants
Examination and Evaluation:
Coordination and follow up with exam cell for Conducting exams,
Evaluations, Grading, revaluations, make up exams.
Evaluation follow up with faculty members, ensuring evaluations are taking place as mentioned in course outline.
2) Batch Onboarding:
Completing all onboarding activities for the new batch including:
Program registration and documents verification, admissions record keeping, ID cards etc.
Reaching to external vendors, finalizing the contract and execution of activities related to guidelines booklet /batch profile/ nameplates/ ID card.
The Program team continuously strives to bring improvements in various areas of the academic program. The incumbent is expected to provide inputs and help in execution of these improvement activities.
Any other duties assigned from time to time by Program office
Skillset Required:
• Excellent oral, written communication skills, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient with computer, Microsoft Office
• Good in Administration
Education: Graduation in any discipline, Post-Graduates will be given a preference
Experience: Minimum 0 to 5 years of administration experience preferably in academics
