Skills & Experience
• Graduate, Minimum 5 years of experience, with at least 2 year in EdTech / education management
• Education-based delivery team experience
• Experience in working with any LMS, and overseeing content uploading & authoring (Desired)
• Strong ownership skills, collaborative team management, communication skills with a keen eye for details and prior exposure to education, technology and business
• Exceptional communication skills, good with dashboarding (PPTs) and reports (MS Excel)
Role Definition
• Responsible for delivery management for all programs – including student experience, management, assessment & certification, LMS management, program management within predecided timelines
• Collaborative working with various stakeholders – Internal (accounts, academic, sales, marketing, content, facilities, technology & product) and external (infrastructure, faculty & SMEs etc)
• Day-to-day SPOC with the external partner for programs with an external partnership component such as a university or corporate
• Managing and overseeing student lifecycle process from pre-enrolment to certification and ensuring a superior learning experience for all students
• Assist in redesigning of program delivery to improve existing systems and processes for
• efficiencies across all the inter-related teams
• Support in continuous updating of program delivery methods to competitively reflect changing market trends and developments.
• Developing and sustaining processes for management, execution, and communication with the team with systems in place for successful and effortless knowledge transfer from a long-term perspective
• Enable systems for measurement of quality metrics for student experience and learning
• Monitoring and driving learner engagement metrics
• Keep a track of program expenses – Internal (On rolls) and External (Vendor, freelances, etc)
